The snapshot timing is vital here as if it’s taken earlier, it won’t cover a lot of people and imho it’ll mostly cover the airdrop hunters. So, just taking the number transactions and volume into account won’t filter out most of them. There will surely be huge number of addresses eligible for the airdrop if we only take both of them into account. My suggestion is considering the wallet activity of the address in L1 as well (or we can consider other chains too if the team and community wanted them) in addition to other requirements like transactions, volume and gitcoin donations. By this,we can even fix the snapshot date to the time of the recent tweet about airdrop (June 20th). I’m sure most of the airdroppers won’t agree with this, but it’s just my opinion.
