List of my changes:

  • remove Volume multiplier
  • remove donator multiplier
  • fix date to 19th

Explanation:
First of all I think people should generally be rewarded no matter their Volume. We should remove the Volume multiplier, because its only playing into whale hands and discourages smaller users.

If they used the platform TWICE give them their airdrop.
Why twice? Because we can filter out many bots with raising it to 2 tx. (Nour already included that in his post but I wanted to add why I personally think this is a good addition to the past dydx drop)

I would even remove the donators multiplier. People should donate because they want to support the project not because they want something in return.

For the date I would simply choose everything before 20th. Until the 20th, everything was speculation, so making the cut before the announcement of today makes the most sense without cutting off active or new users.

Feel free to discuss below and put in more Ideas for Zigzag to decide on the future airdrop.

      I think that the snapshot should be done before June 17, before the post zigzag in Twitter, because after that message, a lot of people went to spin a lot of volumes and maximally test the exchange

        Even tho there was a date announced I doubt many people tried to do transactions so its kinda unecessary in my opinion.
        Especially since many thought the snapshot is already done.

        Thats why I said perfect time to do a cut, especially since everyone had the chance until last moment and nobody will be left out!

            I dont like this. It was known for a year that zigzag will do an airdrop. We should just cut it at 19th and call it a day. I thought they will have some major partnership or list on arbitrum tbh 😂

            Having extra token for different criteria sounds like the best idea. ZigZag will hopefully go the dydx route with changes added.

                Team ZigZag, just do DYDX style airdrop with some multiplier for early users, it will be awesome! To claim ZZ tokens users need to add more trading volume as they did to claim DYDX tokens. It will be the best scenario. I understand that you have mentioned that DAO (IDO participants) only can decide about an airdrop and in this case all our suggestions here for the team are meaningless. However, I hope that community suggestions will be taken into consideration by DAO holders. If DAO votes against the airdrop, project will loose very large part of the community. If DAO votes for an airdrop only for those who bought IDO tokens, project will loose large number of community members including me as I will be on the road trip all day on June 24th and will not be able to participate in IDO. I have used the platform many times since 2021 and have very nice trading volumes, but will not be able to participate in IDO. In this case you know how I feel if airdrop will be given only to those who took part in IDO. In general, I think that ZigZag team should decide about the airdrop model, not IDO participants!!!

                    I would vote for advanced dydx model with combination of HOP sybil protection:
                    The idea is to reward large community, but on the other hand remove sybilloooors
                    Snapshot - 30.April
                    Eligible users:

                    bridge users (some minimum volume e.g. 250usd)
                    traders minimum volume 250-500 usd and 5 transactions (dydx tiers - e.g. 250, 1k, 5k, 10k, 100k)
                    Gitcoin donators
                    Most discord active users
                    Outsource and incentivise finding 10+ connected wallets
                    Also I would vote for vesting of eligible addresses (claiming milestones, incentivise not dumping immediately)
